Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and persuasive Part-Time Lead Generator & Closer to help expand our client base. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can both generate leads and convert them into clients. You will identify potential clients, qualify their interest, and guide them through to closing, ensuring a smooth handover to our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 Lead Generation (50%)
Research: Identify potential leads in both commercial and domestic sectors using online resources, social media, and business directories.
Outreach: Initiate contact through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce Secrite's services.
Qualification: Ask targeted questions to assess potential clients' needs and categorize leads as warm, hot, or cold.
CRM Management: Record lead information accurately and maintain a clean and updated CRM system.
🏁 Lead Closing (50%)
Follow-Up: Engage with qualified leads to answer questions, provide service details, and move them through the sales pipeline.
Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and recommend the appropriate services from Secrite Security Services or The Cleaning Group.
Proposal Preparation: Prepare and send customized service proposals.
Negotiation: Handle objections, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
Handover: Coordinate with the operations team for a seamless transition post-sale.
Key Targets
Security Services: Focus on commercial clients needing manned guarding, mobile patrols, event security, and keyholding services & More.
Cleaning Services: Generate and close leads for both domestic (Airbnb, end-of-tenancy, patio cleaning) and commercial sectors (retail, hospitality, offices) & More.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telemarketing is required.
Skills: Strong communication, persuasive selling, and negotiation skills.
Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet lead and sales targets.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn for lead sourcing.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
Full UK driving licence and use of vehicle (Fuel cost covered)
